What's up??

First of all, my doc told me I have an eye infection in my right eye...
which means I have to apply eyedrops every hour for a few days...
The coding I have to do these 2 weeks doesn't exactly help either... ><

Second of all, Douglas is done...
I think I feel most happy when Jenn said "I love playing with you cuz I feel so relaxed and focused"... =) Me too, partner! hehe... isn't it great when you are able to allow your partner to feel that way when they play with you?
There were a few discrepancies during one of the games, but it's alright... as long as we are 問心無愧, then it's fine.

Third of all, Easter holiday is over...
Oh how I wish that the holidays would last a bit longer... >< but what must come will come... dreading the deadlines of my 315 and 314 projects... I haven't started on either of them.... and what am I doing here blogging???

Finished reading 2 novels: "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "The five people you meet in heaven"... did no studying at all...
"Confessions" was not as good as I thought it'd be... it's amusing but it's rather... pointless... couldn't stop thinking of how stupid the main character is.... i know, it's just leisure reading, but still... -_-;;
"5 people" was much better.... for those of you who don't know, it's about an old man dying and meeting 5 significant people in his life... they explained their existence and his life to him...
If heaven really is like that.... which 5 people will I meet?
Hmmm.. what will happen when I die??? I want to have my life explained to me too...

It feels funny meeting someone you haven't seen in a long time... you feel the rush of familiarity... and yet at the same time, you feel so distant and quite unsure of whether or not they still remember you. And after you recognize each other and talk for a while.... you start off thinking since it's been so long, this person must've changed, but in the end, you realize that their personality hasn't changed one bit from the last time you talked to them.... and then you come to remember why you stopped talking to that person in the very first place................. -_-;;

I guess I should update my blog...
I've been regressing from a hardcore daily blogger to a weekly blogger..
cuz really.. hmm I dun have that much to say anymore.

Anyways... finished hosting the UBC Badminton Club Open Tourney with cj...
hosting a tourney is quite fun.. =) It requires good PR (to get ppl to join) and organizational skills...
Thanks a lot to Mark, Bonnie and Kyole for helping out.. hehehe without u guys we'd be sooo screwed.
It's rather funny that all the Advanced mixed doubles seeds got kicked out.. cost us 2 extra games... grr.. =p hehe
As the organizer.. I feel so glad that we finished all the games on time and most people were satisfied with the match times (well... except for Ray Tsoi who left cuz he didn't wanna wait for his match).. ..
As a player... I had so much fun playing with Bonnie in doubles (good job getting into semi's.. hahahah... we beat the team who won the tourney.. so... unofficially.. we'll claim that we won. =p haha) ... and I won my second trophy with cj!! hehe... =)
Anyways.. I had fun and I hope other ppl did too.... =D

Finally finished reading the complete trilogy of LOTR... =)
I find the ending rather interesting.. not the part where they finally destroyed the ring... but the part where they went back to the Shire to fix things...

Now... should I start on Confessions of a Shopaholic.. or Sophie's World?

Had such a relaxing day yesterday, I wish everyday was like that... =D
Oh well.. ho ging bat seung... next week's another hell week. ><

Last night I dreamt I lived in a world of Kill Bill...
the thing is, I didn't even watch Kill Bill.. heh...
I was there with Bearz, Delen and some other person....somehow we were captured... we were trying to escape.. but we didn't succeed.. I remember I did successfully smuggle some candies under survellience though... haha so funny... in the end of my dream.. they told me to go some where to be be-headed... cuz they've already released some poisonous gas to kill the whole world, and only a few chosen ones will be be-headed (supposed to die quicker)... they think that killing everyone is the only way to create a new and perfect world...
weird... what's that supposed to mean?

I can't believe how rude and impolite people could get when there is "jeurk so"...
Gas is cheap and everyone takes advantage of this period of time to get gas, but that doesn't mean you can cut in line or act immature....
I'd be more forgiving towards the kid who cut in front of me (and pretended that nothing happened while I gave him the evil eye throughout the 5 minutes he was getting gas), but the adult lady (who completely blocked the exit thinking I was trying to steal her spot) is so unforgivable!! Can't stand the way people act when there's something to take advantage of... people become selfish, inconsiderate and immature....

And so Delen left for HK...
But it's okay!! hehe she'll be back in July (hopefully)...
July isn't too far away... I'll be looking forward to seeing her then. =D
Meanwhile.. she's probably having fun bopping it on the plane. hehee...

Still can't believe how I sacrificed a 35% mt for a 5% assignment...
And then second chance arrives... Ratna decides to give us a makeup mt!
Guess what the scaling factor is... apparently he wants to make it 80%/20% (old/new).. -_-;; what difference would it make... ??
Sometimes... even though second chances are given...
it's already become a whole different story after you screwed up the first time... ><
