This week's gonna pass by sooo fast... =)
Monday: Got assigned to design a helicopter which took me almost 3 hours to finish.. got off work at around 7... but went out again after dinner to Jyh's bday hockey thing... and it was... FUN! =) Canucks won!! Disproved Winnie's bad luck. hehe...
Tuesday: Initially we were gonna order delivery pizza @ work.. but no one was up for it... anyhow.. the day passed by with a new build.. =)
Wednesday: Going to see cj after work today!!! hehee... so time's gonna zoom by...
Thursday: OYSTER thursday!!! mMmm.. gooood stuff. hehehe
Friday: It's FRIDAY.. there's no need for a reason to state why friday pass by so fast. =)

Saturday turned out to be a wonderful day for me.. =)
Physio wasn't that painful... altho Kelvin did confirm that my pelvis was crooked once again. -_-;; Due to that reason I didn't have to do any exercise.. just heat pad.. haha sooo relaxing... and also due to the same reason... I can't go to training... so instead.. I got to hang out with cj!!! Heheee it's a trade off well worth it. heee =D
Spent almost the whole afternoon with cj... =D ahhh..... so nice.... just when I thought I won't get to see cj much this weekend.. hehee!
After that... I went to Metro to get food with him.. and then.... to downtown for badminton club dinner... to find out that Yaletown Brewery is all full... then we walked all the way to Dix... but then got kicked out cuz Ewart didn't bring his ID! They have such POOR service there.. >=(! The lady was like "If you don't have a valid ID, I'll just have to boot you out right now." in a really poor attitude too... booo.. so we all had to leave... and walked all the way back to where we started off.. and went to Milestones instead! =) Had Portebella mushroom butter steak.. mMmm..... gooood stuff.. and shared some with Windelen so I got seafood in return!! mMMm......... .steak + seafood.... *drool*.I stole from ribs and fries from Ewart too... hehe good stuff. For dessert... we had white chocolate cheesecake... mMm.. tasted like white chocolate more than cheesecake! heheee so goood but soo faaat!! >< Anyways... since we kept Winnie from watching the game.. Canucks won!! haha I'm not a hockey fan at all but good for them that they won!! The whole dinner was filled with laughter cuz William and Ben kept telling dirty jokes... -_-; hahaha and Windelen got really high from drinking so little.. heee it's fun to watch her! hehe
After dinner we went to play pool... pool = a sport that I have absolutely no skill in.. not to mention talent. haha... so partnered up with a good partner.. Justin! hehe.. he's goood.. =) I got a few balls in too!! =D hahah... and Steven was being the joker of the night... soo restless after he gets dinner. haha... he said.. "I think this is too straight for me"... so I said "it's okay Steve.. we all kno ur not straight". heheh... Yeah.. got pretty tired by the end of the night... Thanks Jason for the ride... =) got home showered talked to cj and collapsed...
And woke up this morning to a day of doing NOTHING... =D
Was slightly struck by the fact that my bro's graduation landed right in the middle of the trip to Calgary... =( so... might not go now.... still considering... I kno my bro doesn't really mind... but still I'd feel bad.. ><
Anyhow.. I went out and bought $65 worth of food @ Safeway.. haha how did I s[end that much..!???
i got: Orange Juice, Apple chips, Croissants, bread, ham, turkey, Oatmeal bars, Butter, Cocoa powder, measuring cups (for Delen), Lifesavers (for our next cookin session hehe) and ICECREAM....
u see.. they are all daily needs... hahaha.......
And then dinner with family.. and then.. truffle making! =) Trying to use unsalted butter instead... u guys be my guinea pigs. =p

Didn't get a good night's sleep.. partly cuz of U larissa!!! -_-;;
Dreamt of 4 huge poisonous spiders crawling around Cowz house... chasing after me... cj's family was trying to kill them... I ALMOST got bitten.. when I peeked over the wall the spider was coming right at me.... Freaked me out so bad! And so I was running around all night trying to escape from the evil spiders... ><......... and then.... they somehow killed 3 of them... and a big red one was left.. and... it suddenly turned into Larissa... hahaa... and she was like.. "you killed my friends....".....
Weird dream.. anyhow.. I'm glad this week's over....
I've been getting much sleep but still feelin oh so tired everyday.......
and I keep injuring myself in badminton... yesterday it was my left leg today my right.. in addition to that, my waist my elbow and my shoulder is also hurting.. possibly from that game with plastic birdies!?? -_-;;
I thought I played alright though... was trying to THINK when I play!! haha... but to not much avail... -_-;; It's okay.. slowly I'll improve.
Nevertheless badminton was fun..... dreading physio tomorrow, but I'll get to see cj so... hmm kinda evens out! =D

I finally realized why I always grip my racket the wrong way.. hahaha
It's cuz I grip it with the racket head facing UP.. but I should be gripping it with the head facing DOWN instead.. -__-;; haha.. like Cj would say.. ZANNEN.. hahaha
Bonnie kept offering to grip it for me but I prefer to customize my own racket myself. =p hehee need to BOND with my racket too. hahaha....
I go thru 33rd everyday to get to work...
but starting around a month ago 33rd Ave. is under construction...
so I went thru 37th...
but starting a few weeks ago a front part of 37th is under construction...
so I go thru 39th...
and then a few weeks ago, 39th was under construction too!! Grr....
and when 39th was finally done... the latter part of 37th is under construction.. -_-;;
It's very frustrating........ why does the government choose to fix roads in the same neighbourhood at the same period of time!?? Don't they understand it'll cause great inconvenience to us drivers if they block so many roads that are so close to each other!?? grrr.........

Wow... exhausting day... but fun!! =D
Went to lunch with my family and my biu jeh... @ Richmond's Fishermens' Wharf... the seafood there sooo fresh and soo good.. but soo expensive.. ><.. haha and then we walked around and saw these swans that was so cute!! Two of them bumped into each other and kept turning their head sideways in a weird way.. heheee sooo cute.
Anyhow.. after that I went to cj's but on the way there I got lost to Surrey/Delta... in a way that cj specifically warned me about too.. hahaha so dumb.. @_@... but with my excellent sense of direction I immediately found my way back! lol.. haha
And then... CASS tourney! Played against David Tsai and this PW girl... and then against Adrian and Ashley... both games I shouldn't have lost... -_-;; but didn't play properly... I kept forgetting to take the net and kept backing up... like yesterday in girls doubles! ><.... kept hitting the birdie out, missing the birdie, and I missed a few char siu's too... but didn't get too pissed today... so emotion controlling is uP!! but skill is still down there. =(
Anyhow... all the games I played went into 3rd set.. so... I'm playing my money's worth! LOL hahaha sorry Jenz... thanks for organizing the tourney btw.. =) good stuff!

CASS tourney....
FUN except for that stupid court with the wind blowing thru the windows... kept making my return serves OUT! GRrr.. got me so pissed... but then I think since I got pissed I whammed everything down really hard... and then I got Cindy pissed too then she started making lots of mistakes and we won. =p.. haha sounds kinda cheap. -_-;; OH wellz. Shouldn't have let them take it to the third set anyways. *sigh*..............
Second game was okay... I kept running into Windelen! ><.. I don't like the style I played today.. kept hogging the bird.... sorry Windelen... and I wasn't hitting the bird right.. kept slicing it when I smash.. and then I got scared when that auntie smashes cuz she goes "ngggah!" haaha.. made me flinch so reacted slower. -_-;; Oh wellz... considering our injuries I think we did alright... =) smoked them the first set but then got killed in second and third.. aiya!!! Need more consistency! and need better communication btwn partners la.....

i'd like to express my distaste for that RICHARD guy.... grrr........ who would throw a penny at someone's head when they don't even kno that person well... it's rude to throw money at people in the first place anyway.... aiya!!!
And last of all... I think I need some zen... haha emotions getting out of control too easily.... especially after I miss a char siu.... just get so pissed at myself!!!

I like the atmosphere of a tournament.. hehee right at that instant when I started the first game my heart was beating so fast... hehe from the excitement... it's so intense yet fun and at times fulfilling! =) I love badminton....
Stuff I learnt @ training today:
-driving without net against 2 ppl (so fun!! =D)
-cross driving a smash
-cutting off the cross drive
-placing the birdie and then overhead kill
Oh man.. I can't finish off the rally... always miss the kill!!! sucks...

oOoo... terrifying incident...
This afternoon Damir left early from work to go to Kamloops. He called us after 10 minutes, telling us that there's a huge traffic stall on Lion's Gate bridge cuz the police is looking for a murderer or somethin. Then afterwards, we listened to the news and found out that this guy stole a car, the police caught him but then he pointed a gun at someone and ran away with his car... afterwards, the police found his car in british property but couldn't locate him.. so they're stopping everyone at the bridge to check.. hmm... freaky... sounds like something that would happen in a movie! =p
Imagine someone at the bridge pointing a gun at you to make you stop driving so they can steal ur car to run away... wat would u do!???
Man.. I would definitely freak out... after that, whether I hit the brakes or the gas.. is all up to... where my foot is at the moment.. hahaha..... would probably work on reflex.
Met up with cj afterwards.... went to Spanish Banks... =D
heee that golden retreiver and that little black dog racing for the ball.... hehehehee reminded us of something funny!!!! That golden retreiver must be *cough*cj*cough* hehee
and the dark C in the sea..... i'm sure if we look at it from above it'll spell cjs! heheee

going to sleep at 11pm was not such a great idea... I ended up not being able to sleep so I woke up feeling like I didn't sleep all night at all.. @_@.. nevertheless I still woke up at 6:30... and was at work by 7:30!! Beat everyone there! muhaha.. everyone was so surprised cuz I'm usually the last one there... hek hek hek... waking up early isn't that bad.. it's only the first few hours that's painfully tormenting... after that I cruised thru the afternoon.. =D Worked till 5:30.. 10 WHOLE HOURS.. whoa.. I'm so proud! haha... Also... I entered the last 10 bugs in the spreadsheet... it's like I'm working on Turbo mode or somethin... vrrooom.........
Anyways... I'm starving... cuz my lunch was a big rock of lor mai farn... didn't want it... and my co-worker said it "smells like a wet dog".. LOL.. so that made me lose my appetite as well.. -_-;; anyways... now I'm sorta tired.. but I'm hungry and hyper at the same time! Whee........

I'm tired but it was fun...
and I think we overdid it again....
Is my back ever gonna heal? hah.............
Oh yes.. I hurt my wrist somehow last tuesday, and I very stupidly tried to fix it myself by doing weird things to my wrist.... I think I made it worse... -_-;; and then the physio fixed it for me today...
But after playing for so long today it started to hurt .... it stimulates this nerve that leads to my third finger so I feel a dull pain on my wrist leading to my finger whenever I use strength... haha...
Broke my strings today.... duno how though, I wasn't even hitting very hard.... Ti strings are so much less durable than BG65....
Dinner with Windelen and KSo @ Matsuyama... it was pretty good! heh... mMmm... I think I should order tempura next time.. I enjoyed the piece of yam tempura more than the sushi. =p ... BC Temaki is sooo good though. =D

Aiya... I'm stomach's been boring me for the whooole night...
Since my stomach was so empty it kept making me burp like every half a minute...
and also my stupid left calve that keep feeling like it was gonna cramp up....
and my back... I dare not bend down so much cuz I dun wanna keep twisting it...

I think I'm always in this state on a friday night.... need to get some food b4 badminton next friday....
After baddy siu yeh's always good... =) funny conversations...
but I was feelin quite sleepy.. @_@............. so nitez!

Incident #1: Hesty was bored so he came over and started playing games on my cellphone. Amy came over and said "Oh Hesty! I thought you're one of those co-op students since you're sitting on their chair playing games." I said "Are you saying all we do is sit around and play games?" And Amy replied "yeah, maybe you guys should consider changing your image!" I was like... "........................."
Incident #2: I borrowed some function specification from Hesty to read so I can learn about this function in the program. Amy came by and said "who gave you these?" I said "Hesty" She took them and start saying "I think you should just look over the test cases. This will just confuse you more." I was like "but there are no test cases for this function" She was like "Yea, I think you should just look through the test case." and started looking for a test case in her drive. I was thinking "Holy... I just TOLD you there is no test case..." but said..."you kno wat? forget it................"
GRRRRRRRrrr............ Sasa never said we CAN'T look at any documents.. but he DID say that we get the same privileges as all the other employees here. Amy thinks she's superior and she doesn't think we have the right to look at the specifications. It's not like there's ANY secret in the specifications anyway, but that's not the main point.... can't she just give us co-op students some respect, at all????? PSH................... by the way.. I HATE her freakin smile..... it's so fake.. jsut like how she is!

Today was such an eventful day... haha...
so... it first started off @ Physio... when I was doing exercises... and this other guy was doing exercise too... but then I got really tired doing this stupid ball exercise so I told Jennifer "I'm really tired and I can't remember how many I've done already..." then Jennifer was like "then start all over again" and I was like.. "ng hai gwa?" and then she asked the other guy how many times I did the exercise and the guy was like... "5 times gua".................. and Jennifer said "oh, he said u only did it 5 times wor, then u do 15 more la."........... and I was like.......... @#*&*(@!&#(@!......................... I hate people when they make up stuff to say, get other people in trouble, then freakin WALK AWAY pretending they did nothing wrong........... holy crap........... -_-;; that stupid little.......................................................
And then.. on the way driving home.. I saw... a DARK BLUE BEETLE CONVERTIBLE!! OMg......... and few seconds later saw a beetle of the color I love the best...... Water Vapour........ @_@.......... my dream cars.................
Then... to C1 for badminton... it was FUN! hehee... haven't played so much in a while...... played some doubles and some mixed... =D I thought I played pretty well today.. hehee but shoulder's hurting now... >< probably from playing with plastic birdies last nite tho. ><
After that.. went out for a drink @ Ricco's with them peeps.... mMMm.. chestnut milk tea........ sooooo good..!!!
Then... to the SUCCESS concert! Thanks SHAO for the tickets!! heh.. it was pretty good.. Most singers were quite impressive except for Athena... -_-;; she still needs to work on her singing for a bit... I like Abu (ah-ngau) soooo much! (I'm not biased cuz of his name =p) He's soooo funny..... and so SOR! hahaha... just like someone else *cough cough*. hahaha.... Leung Jing Yuu has a great voice... =D and so does Hacken and Joey! =) The funny thing of the night: I saw Wilson running around takin pix.. heheee!! Anyways.. it was a GOOD concert!
and now I"m back home and I'm tired.. and sleepy.. @_@... but haven't had dinner yet.. ><

oops.. been having sorta grayish gloomy entries these days...

Anyways... I think I really screwed up my sleeping habits cuz for the past few days I keep on dozing off at work. -_-;;
I've been getting my daily 8 hours... so it's not the lack of sleep.
=Today Sasa made a freaky joke... he said "if you guys are that bored to draw pictures (on Amy's board) then I should make you guys work like crazy!" hah... the truth is I drew that during lunch hour so it doesn't matter anyway. =p
I am getting extremely curious to learn about the code for the program I'm testing... too bad I don't think there will be a chance for me to even look over it.
=Thanks to Justine for picking up my CS clothes for me today.. =) Turned out the sizes are really big... -_-;; and the gray color... isn't a nice gray... it's sorta like.. brownish gray. -_-;; But it's all good... =p I love the geeky joke on my CS Tshirt. hehe I'll show it off next time... when I have a chance.

(oops.. are u readin this? haha)....just kiddin. Tourneys are always fun....... the excitement and the competitiveness... ooohohohohhh.. just talkin abt it is making my heart beat in excitement. =D
=There's a change of format for the ubc club tourney... due to a suggestion by Kyole... now instead of doubles.. it's gonna be TEAM doubles! heh... Each team is gonna have 4 pairs of doubles (players are still randomly partnered up with another player, but no handicapp points will be given).... then teams will get to name their own team, write their own lineups, and then play and cheer for their teammates! hehee... sounds really fun!! If they accept my idea we might get food and pop outside the gym as well! =) haha... yeaa... gotta get ready for the switch of responsibility next year....

Time for my like of dislikes for the month:
I don't like people who are tor tor lai lai
I don't like people who are gong yat tou, jou yat tou
I don't like waking up in the morning
I don't like waiting for someone to open the door for me outside VRC
I don't like restrictions... although that's just the way life is.. full of restrictions
I don't like the way how many things are.... the unflexibility.... the way things take over your life...the many ironies.... but yea... they're inevitable.......... inevitably cruel.

My own problems seem so irrelevant when I look at problems other people are going thru...
there are friends struggling hard to get into good universities or just staying in one
there are friends trying to find a job, lookin for a light in their future
there's my cousin, who just went thru a divorce cuz he owes loan sharks money from gambling
there's my aunt, who just went thru a divorce too, cuz her husband got tired of her
there's my other aunt, who's gonna go blind soon cuz of this eye disease she has that's uncurable...
how depressing.
No one ever said life's easy.....
then why did I used to perceive it to be?
I always cut the corner of my mouth when I eat noodles with wooden chopsticks.
I still use them anyways....
and now it hurts.
