Slept in the car today for like 2 hours... skipped math...
yea... me, Mel and Jenn ended up all skipping.. hahahaa
I would really prefer to sleep at home, but...
I'd rather sleep in the car than have my dad give me annoying lectures..
sometimes they just don't understand... heh

I was so sleepy even when I was driving to school... I was pretty screwed...
soo only like 30% conscious... even worse than drinking and driving...
that's why I skipped math.. cuz if I went, I would just fall asleep anyway...

haha the best moment I had today was when I went home after school,
lied in bed hugging my comfy blankie..... ahhh........
that was my minute heaven of the day. heh...

Sleeping 4 hours makes me very awake, but mentally very tired
sleeping 6 hours makes me awake, but mentally tired
sleeping 7 hours makes me very sleepy, but mentally not tired
sleeping 8 hours makes me slightly sleepy, but mentally not tired
sleeping 10 hours makes me awake, but mentally tired (from over sleeping)
yea... I dun think there'll ever be a perfect number of sleeping time for me,
that means I'll never be both awake and mentally not tired.. hehe

Managed to finish it and hand it in today, so I got the afternoon free!!

When I got home I napped for 30 mins, then made myself wake up for badminton..
haha it was pretty worth it tho.. cuz there's almost no ppl there,

the worst was the first 10 minutes when I had to wait for games to end..
they had all full courts.. and I was the odd one out.. so I had no one to talk to... ><
u kno... wat I'm MOST afraid of is probably.. loneliness.. hahhaa
more than anything else that can make me sad.
Anyway... had fun playing cuz in the end I got to play with Jason, Flora and Winnie..
heehee... aww I'm still not at their level yet, but I'll work hard.. hahaha

After reading a series of blogs... I'm up to updating my own again. herm... I was thinking maybe I should change my style of blogging.. instead of choppy sentences, I should just write in paragraphs.. just like everyone else..... yea..

anyhow.... today was a really disappointing day...
I was seriously, filled with hopes this morning even tho I only had 5.5 hours of sleep
(I kno I shouldn't be complaining,
cuz there's always ppl like MEL and WIN sleeping like.. less than 4 hours or soemthin,
but you guys sleeping less doesn't necessary make me more awake =p)
I listened to my Miriam and Sammi CD, and I thought "hmm. this CD's not as crappy as I thought"
I drove safe, I didn't run any yellow lights, I drove @ 60km/hr in campus...
at that moment it just seemed like I had a bright future laid in front of me...
and then there was class..... which destroyed all my hopes and disappointed me the most...
So there was math... woohoo 62%..... and our prof is supposed to give relatively easy midterms,
even tho the TA markings is shit......
Okay.. watever.. it's integration.. can't expect much...
then there was jap... 64% on essay... yea it felt like my head got hammered......
Just had that shocking feeling.. I mean.. it's jap.........
I got 0 for my conclusion cuz I thought I should "introduce a new idea", just like english...
but... I guess not. heh
And then it was cpsc... got my quiz back... it was okay.... 86% even tho I expected better...
Then physics... that was brutal... like I said b4...
I got my midterm back and I see I should've gotten like 10% more...
but the prof wouldn't remark it cuz I wrote it in pencil...
I kno... he stated in the front page of the exam that he's not gonna remark anything written in pencil..
now I kno I should've never trusted the TAs...............
A bit relieved that I didn't have to get my essay back in English..
or else my self-confidence would've gone from like... 70 -> 0
right now it's at around 20-30 ish....
why everything....... why all at once!?
This world is so brutal!!!!

Hehe... I think I'm developing a hatred towards TAs...
not just THAT fuckin math one......... heheh
I was talking to my friends abt that and we concluded that
out of app. 1800 TAs...
around 1600 are BAD TAs...
only 200 left are good.....
they should get student evaluations and FIRE all the BAD TAs..
then give all the good TAs a super raise and make them work like cray.....
wouldn't everyone be happy then? heh...

Okay enough complaining about school..
now complaining about family. heh...
if ur getting tired of this then i suggest u move on to the next blog on ur list...

I've come to realize that, the reason I was moody last night is because
I've lost the feeling of "looking forward to something"...
I think I've gone thru this in one of my previous entries.... haha but watever, I'll do it again
When there's school, there's always weekends to look forward to...
and now since there's no school, there's only "going back to school" to look forward to,
which is....quite frankly... definitely wat I'm NOT looking forward to.... =p
and then when there was only badminton twice every week,
I looked forward to playing every week cuz there's a certain "restriction"..
but now since I can play everyday, I've lost my thing to look forward to....
hehe it's funny how "restrictions" make our lives (or at least, mine) happier...
that's why you can never get too much of anything, I guess...
you get sick of it.
Even freedom... hehe I need someone/ something to restrict me once in a while
to pull me back on the right track....
aww.... this sucks... now only going back to school will make all this better....

Working hard trying to finish my "reading break" assignments..
I mean... who would assign reading break assignments... *sigh*
and then, I'm in a not so good mood,
cuz I got into a slight argument with my dad on the issue of "going out late"
but I ended up not having to go so...
and then I checked my physics midterm mark and found out I got 58%...
whoohoo.. I'm on my road to failure.
I kno I have a tendancy to blame other ppl when I do poorly in things,
but trust me.... my physics prof SUCKS...
Okay... and now I'm trying to finish reading an extreeemely boring and slow-paced book in 2 nights..
Oh yea, added onto that, I'm mighty pissed off at someone...
if you don't even bother to say thankyou, how would u expect me to help u... ever again...

but still.... pay some respect to ppl who are ur friends.. or once were.

Update about yesterday...
went shopping with Jenn... for Shao's present. heh..
many people chipping in... nice...
took me and Jenn forever to figure out wat to get him tho...
couldn't find any figure... didn't think he'd want dolls!?
Soo ended up gettin him... hmmm....

Yea anyhow... I ended up driving to richmond, back to Van,
then back to Richmond for dinner... at "San hei nguk" that nice jap place...
I'm amazed that Lisa still remembers me... hehe it's been so long...
I didn't used to like her, I remember... but now does it matter anymore?
After that, Mel and I went to Jenz place to sleepover...
maybe we were tired.... hehe had to keep digging up things to talk about..
yea, where'd all the gossip go? hehe... there's nothing to gossip about anymore.

and there was something else but I can't remember...
wow... we had so many different small topics that I can't remember wat we talked abt anymore..

OH yea... and my dream I had that night...... it was kinda like a nightmare...
but when I woke up, I wasn't really scared
[in short] in my dream, Mel and I were kidnapped by these ppl...
and this guy injected some poison into me and Mel.. and we only had a day's life left..
we were allowed to see our family a couple of times, and when we saw them,
I said "we only have 15 hours of life left"...
inside I knew I still wanted to live.. I wanted to find a cure.......
but somehow in the dream I was calm and ready to die.
It was slightly comforting to know that Mel will die with me....
haha I kno that's kinda selfish....... but wouldn't you feel the same?

mmm.. onion crackers are just as good.. if not better. than the sesame ones..

I just realized I spent 7 out of my 9 days of holidays playing badminton...
and somehow, I suddenly feel like I've wasted my holiday....

Badminton @ VRC today.. training..
u kno, I think I DO have a hearing.. AND speaking problem. heh...
especially after I run.... my brain started to feel like it's exploding and I can't hear properly.
Did some speed drills.. it was all good except my footworks was all screwed up..
and also my smashes were strengthless... strengthless after 3 or 4 smashes.
the only thing I'm a bit more satisfied with is my netshots... which isn't that great at all,
and my reflex is SO slow...... *sigh* I'm born with slow reflex.. haha can't help it.
Did a doubles game.. it wasn't that good tho...
my partner gets all hyped up when he gets to smash... TOO hyped up...
and like.. my brain was still exploding after the speed drill so I was really slow in reacting..
Yea... aw I miss training when Phyllis was there...

I keep feeling so sneezy all day long.. ahhh
maybe I'm catching a cold....
my nose itches...... and sometimes I just can't find bright lights.....
arrgh that feeling... that feeling........... soo irritating.....

but the thing that excited me most is... he's trying to make a UBC team...

even after people tell them to leave they ignore them and come back after 5 minutes???

And I'm not sure if he heard the intramurals part or if I forgot to say it....
he walked off the court seemingly pissed off at me and then me and Michael played against him and Masa... that was the worst match...
haha should've mixed us up cuz the guy and Masa's too good..
and then he wouldn't play doubles with me anymore after... ><...
so I think he's pissed off cuz he thought I said "i don't wanna play mixed with u (at all)" =p
soo bad.... ah..... misunderstandings... I was so uncomfortable abt it too for the rest of the afternoon..
the last time I did that was when I was talking to another friend...
i said "wow you don't look that old" (cuz he told me he graduated already)
then he said "I am 22" and then never talked to me on ICQ ever again. hahah /_\...

And he's a good person to play doubles with too... (unlike the other guy =p)
Anyhow... yeaa... played some games with Shao, Michael, jap guy and the other tall guy...
It was pretty okay... I kept missing tho.. played a bit better near the end.

So I went to see the doctor and found out I had a bladder infection.. heh sucks
After that I had dinner with Jason and Flora and Jason's friends @ Jason's...
cuz I gave him Tiramisu and so he's treating me dinner in return =D
soo weird.. I never thought I'd be having an actual dinner with people I don't know..
heh but steak was good.. MMm.... so much hockey talk and I dun watch hockey..
and then dessert.. mMm.. the "orgasmic" pie..lol... and ice-cream.. Mmm..
then watched "my big fat greek wedding".. heheh funny.....
Windex! heh... my favorite scene was when the grandma was wandering out in the yard,
then the water sprinklers suddenly came on... LOL that was hilarious...

mostly cuz Joseph is obviously not playing his best,

The indian guy was really good.. hehe I think he won most of his games, if not all...
and he never stopped too... hehee that was cool watching him play...
but it's more exciting watching Alvin and Toby play against Richard and Kyle.. I think.
I just realized that even if you do driving drill in training...
it's no use if you don't use it in games.... hmmm wow.. haha
I am suddenly reminded of the times when I was trying to coach PG again.

ahh if only it was true.

Wow badminton at VRC today made me sweat a lot...
it wasn't that much running...
but I sweat a lot cuz I had my sweater on when I ran. hahaha
I like to warm up myself b4 taking it off... but sometimes I over-warm myself.
hahaha... anyhow... the dropping and lifting drill was good...
my drops accuracy.. *sigh*....... hahaha sooo bad..
my lifts are still good.. luckily.. hahaha
and then did some singles king of the court..
I was in a tough court!! damnit... with matthew, Saxon, Jeremy and this small kid..
This kid beat me by a point in the end! heh...
but then there was this game when I hit it and he said it was out,
but Saxon said "it was so in!!" hahaha ohh well. That kid makes bad calls.. tsk tsk. heh
Then went to the 4th court... aww.. ><... haha
but that's alrite, cuz the ppl there weren't that bad...
Lemme see... there was this girl there who makes really shallow serves.. hahaha
that's why she always loses.. and then Lar she was sick......
and this other kid... who... doesn't make good shots...
and this other kid... who's not bad.. but I think he didnt smash me at all!?
haha being nice doesn't pay off. Yea.. and this other small kid..
and I can't remember who else. but... anyhow... it was a nice day of training..
hehe I like the feeling after sweating in badminton.......
feels like I can feel the fat burning off. hahahahaha... must.... burn.. fat. heh

After that.. went ot dinner with dad @ Kamei Royal..
expensive jap food.. hehee it was really good though...

it was funny...

They changed the rules for tourneys! So stupid!!!
Now a player must be U19 for the WHOLE year during the season to play in U19..
in other words... those people turning 19 next year wouldn't be able to play in U19 in next year's season.
that doesn't affect me.. but that REALLY SUCK!!

my essay had no point, no sense of organization watsoever,

Went to New York for dinner tonight... haha
Not really New York.. but this place called New York..hha
New York steak house!? hahaha watever..
Mmm.. the food was good.. hehehe had steak with mussels...

only $16!!?!?! hahahha okay... @ any slightly fancier western restaurant,

ohhh when we were looking for parking space, we were soo damn lucky,
cuz this couple was about to leave and we got their parking spot..
and they said they'll give us their parking tickets for $2 (originally costs $5),
but I could only find $1 so they said "oh that's alright".. hahahaha
soooo lucky!!! heheh.... afterwards when WE left...
we intended to give our tickets away for free...
but this kid came and said "Can we BORROW your tickets?"
What's wrong with people here!? hahah how can they just assume it's free..
I mean... even if we were intending to give it away for free,
they should at least offer to pay... that's normal courtesy...
well.. okay we still gave him/her the tickets... hehee

I did some really bad drops and he was just standing there and watching it fall.. heh

Okay.. then lost to this guy called Saxon.. hahaha I think both of us were really tired...
man... some of the rallies we had were SUPER long...... omg..... felt like it's never ending..
and then I don't have enough endurance and lost. hahaha I lost to him like.. 3-15 maybe!?
hahaa... oHh and he's so undying... hahaa I smash and he returns it,
smash again, returns it again, he just never gets beaten by my smashes...
aww... haahha not strong enough. And my drop succes rate is like.. 50%!? hahaa
kept dropping into the net. OHhh well...
today was tiring, but fun.... haha haven't had so much exercise.. continuously..
for so long... yesterday was doubles.. but that wasn't as much work as half-court singles..
constantly moving... ahhh hahaha so recharged...

I just realized that if u sleep right after you take a shower,
you feel clean and relaxed AND you wake up feeling SO great.....

Okay yesterday... I'll skip the school part,
