And VCDs she didn't buy any herself.. she "borrowed" all of them from her friends/relatives so I end up with a whooole bunch of OLD movies..... and no "turn left, turn right"! ><.... I so wanted to watch that.. )=p OH wellz...

Too bad things turned out the way it did in the movie.. haha it's like.. u can't say that any of them is BAD...... Lau ga ling just wanted her husband to be good... Jung jee wai had to avenge his lost wife... Ng Jun Yuu needs to avenge his lost father... bleh..... in conclusion.. revenge is POINTLESS cuz everyone ends up dying and it just screws things up cuz they killed Ng Jung Yuu!! =( hahaha.......
Anyhow...it's been so good.............. hehee hope there's many more of these days to come!! =D

C1 badminton last night.. FINALLY!!! After 1.5 weeks of resting.. hehe..
sucks tho.. I'm so out of shape... -_-;; ran out of breath after 3 games...
and I think I'm hurting my patpat muscle again cuz my leg muscles are too weak. -_-;;
BUT... it was still FUN.. heheee.. played mixed mostly with cj.. and one game of doubles! hehe
couldn't drop properly tho...oiy.. and lost my timing for returning smashes..><

Went to Fukuroku w/ Jenn this afternoon...
there was this Chopped Scallop sushi circling around the table... and half of the chopped scallop is falling off.... Jenn said at the beginning of our lunch "I bet u this is gonna stay here till we leave" and when we left.. it was still there... still half falling off. LOL
Anyhow.. good thing she liked the Tshirt.. =D heheee...
then we went to Daiso... good stuff...!!! The BEST thing there was.... the organizing stuff!!! Everything there made me wanna reorganize my room. hahah... and so I bought two small cupboard things... only $2 each!! =D hehe... and next time I go there I'm planning to buy more cupboard things and this thing so I can put the cupboard on top and put other stuff in the bottom. =) hehee... and also this thing that I can hang on the wall, so I can hang stuff on it... to put in my washroom. =) optimizing space! hehee Soo good....
too bad there weren't many pretty stationary.. -_-;; jenn and I were both disappointed. haha
and the (junk) food was alll gone......... >< Otherwise.. it's a pretty good store. =)
I like Aberdeen... the look of it and the spaciousness.. =) I think it'll turn out to be quite a good mall when it's complete...
Anyhow... so I went home with the stuff, set them up.. and started cleaning my room!!
haha I'm only cleaning one table and it's taken me the whole evening.. -_-;;
now it's half done...... waiting for myself to buy the other thing so I get more space to do more organizing! hehee..
The hardest part of cleaning is... throwing out stuff...
there are so many things that are completely useless... but they're of some level of sentimental value to me........ so.. to chug or not to chug? Ahhhh....... decisions, decisions....... ><
Oh yes.. hehee I realized a lot of cups were taking up space on my table.... I finally took them out of the boxes and brought them down to the kitchen and counted a total of.... 4 cups and 2 mugs. hahaha..... =p So many new cups to use!

-Stupid gwai jai.... I was waiting for this table when there was NOBODY AROUND... and then when this table's done, this gwai jai suddenly walk over with his brother and take the table.. I stared at him and he said "we were waiting for this table"... then I was gonna argue but i thought.. suen la...... and let them have it. And the same thing almost happened AGAIN this time with an asian couple..... good thing they were nice and let us have it.... cuz I was getting really pissed.

after shopping, I went to Shao's for secret santa...
-They were playing Mario Kart Double Dash when I got there.. hehehe so fun!!! But so hard to control.. -_-;; haha and Shao always won.. =p boooo.. hehee j/k
-Watching that video about this guy getting chosen to be a winner, then he's taken to an apartment, had all his clothes and belongings removed from him... and he has to enter contests and win 100000 yen to get out... it was mean.. but it was FUNNY... hahaha omg... at one point of the movie Nasabi (the guy) won ladies Lingerie... lol but they were too small to fit him.. haha and then his nails got super long.... he won a cosmetic set so he put nail polish on... LOL... OHh.. and he won a seal puppet... and he named him "binasu"... lol hahahaha..... just too funny...
-Cheesecake Lisa brought... =) It was pretty good........ I thought..... but a bit too.. cheesy... haha
-Got a pair of Roots gloves from my secret santa, Jim! hehe thanks!!! They're warm and comfy.. =D

-Returned 2 books my dad got me (cuz I already have them) and exchanged them for a set of LOTR (which I've always wanted)! =D
-Went to get suit with bro... hehe he looks quite nice/ying in it... guys have it so easy... suit in one store, then shoes in another store, and bam! they're done....
-Went to Banana Republic to look for gray dress pants that was out of size yesterday... couldn't find it.. but had a pleasant surprise... cuz I met Lindy who was working there! hehe... pretty cool.....
-Haircut afterwards and told the stylist I want jup been gai.. haha wat's that in english? well anyways.. I don't wanna be "jung garn fun gai, sum lei been tai" anymore. =p heheee was planning on getting a little shorter layered bangs but.. uhm.. probably can't tie it up during badminton...and I don't like using hairclips. was thinking of making it straight too but can't tie hair for 1 month after getting it so didn't... cuz of badminton too!!! -Went to this comic store with bro... saw Shaman King comics.. in ENGLISH! haha... so funny... they're slightly larger than normal asian comic books too... so weird lookin.. and there's JUMP... the evil magazine that licensed One Piece and Naruto!! grrr.....

I dreamt that I got a ride to Richmond, but I was dropped off on #3 so I had to walk to ClearOne...when I got there it was only 6 somethin.. and then.. I saw Malisa and Kenny there!! Holding hands!!! Lol.... and somehow, Malisa came over to me and said "it's only 6 ja bor.." I'm like.. "I know..." and then I was waken up for dinner... heh.. funny.... dreams...... =p

Went to Diane's place to look at peke puppies!!
They were sooooooooo adorable!!!!!!!
Extremely cute!!! =) If you see them u'll just be tempted to pick them up and larm them and play with them... hhehe SUPER hor oi.... but they were growing teeth so they kept gnawing on my finger and my shoelace.. hehee still soooo cute tho.
I was playing with this puppy and then it puked!! ><.. turns out it's cuz it ate some expired cheese.. =p not my fault.. hehee..
After playing with some puppies I went to Metro to meet up with cj, kyole and bearz..
Afterwards I watched "The Returner" at cj's house starring Gum sing mo.. hehee he's so ying... =p
but basically the storyline is quite okay..... interesting twist in the end.. hehe
Then hotpot @ Mark's! hehee.. soooo much food.. I was so stuffed..
but it was good!! hehehee I like the HK style hotpot... shabushabu's not as fun =p

2 dreams i had last nite:
One was like a movie....
Faye and Andy Hui i think!? was in it.. hee funny..
and like... it's about this love story on a tree house...
and I was like.. an elf or somethin....helping them get together.. hehe
it was a good dream... sorta like a movie.. woke up when it ended and it was a happy ending. heheee...
anyways.. the second dream was really freaky..
I dreamt about going out to this place holding an event like a sports day for kids or somethin..
and then.. Kathleen was there.. she was still mad at me....
and like.. all the gates were somehow locked in the back so the we had to walk a loong way b4 we can reach the washrooms...
I didn't know how to get to the washrooms so I had to ask Kathleen.. and then I met Steven from badminton club.. and then both of them took me there...
but then my teeth started falling off.... all of my teeth started to split into two and the top half would fall off............
and it was really freaky watching myself in the mirror with all my teeth splitting and falling off...
and I could taste the crumbs in my mouth.... I didn't dare lick my teeth at all cuz I was afraid they'll break some more....
So I took a long time in the washroom and when I came out, Kath was really mad cuz I took so long........
and then I woke up...................

I am glad I don't go to SFU... cuz apparently, ppl in SFU are really competitive, and people wouldn't teach you stuff even if their your friends.... I mean.. wat kinda friends are those.. they probably don't even consider you as a "friend" then.
Feel so lucky that so far most people I've met in UBC are reeeally nice ppl.. =) All the baddy peeps, Tracy, Justine, Gillian, Regina, Jack, Kelly, Ken, Alan, Jason, Fiona.... etc.. I'd ask my cpsc friends to look over my code to help me find a bug and they'd do it... =D
The only exception was when I asked this guy beside me cuz none of my friends were around and he was just "fu-hin"-ing me.. >=p! Don't expect me to help him back in the future. pshh...
I feel sooo fortunate... compared to Rosemary... really shouldn't complain abt anything cuz I have soo many loving friends around me. =)

Had a really realistic dream last night.... it was quite scary...
So it goes...
China gathered a team of researchers to do some studies on some secret thing (I don't remember wat it was), and I was in the team with a few other people...to prevent them from leaking information to other countries, they made some of the members take some kinda medicine (duno why some of us didn't have to take it... ). The thing is, the newly invented medicine has no antidote... and they don't know if there'll be any side effects at all, or if it'll turn into an epidemic. So our team lives together in this research place... and a member started to get weaker cuz of the medicine and is about to die... we've already become friends then... but we not only could we not do anything to help him... all of us were afraid of catching the disease as well. Anyhow.. a few of us still stayed with him and treated him as friends... but I'm sure inside.. we were all scared... and then something happened.... I can't remember wat, but the guy died.... and I woke up remembering myself still being scared of catching the disease even after he died... in the dream some member said somethin like.. "we'll have to wait at least 6 months b4 we know if anything will happen to us..."....
*shivers*... it was so real... I remember how the guy looked but I don't recall meeting him in real life at all....
Such a tough situation.... if you were me would you still be friends with the guy?
I felt the need to be loyal to a friend but then at the same time I was feelin really scared and guilty that I'm feelin scared as well..... and I was also feelin very "sum hon"... of how the inhumane the government can get... /_damnit.. I don't like having these dreams.... they make me feel too much...

Shoot.. I slept too long today... I feel tired just rotating my eyeball... haha
I only had 9 hours sleep actually... sucks!

As usual... no umbrella... just me & my waterproof jacket. =)
Since my jacket is waterproof, it keeps my body and hair dry...
even if you bring an umbrella, your pants and shoes are gonna get wet anyway....
so the only advantage an umbrella has is that you can keep you face dry...
But then you can always just wipe the rain off your face with a tissue easily...
so in conclusion... there is no need for an umbrella... =D hehe
Hmmm... question for myself to ponder: since when did I stop using umbrellas? hmm..

hmm... I won't complain about Vancouver traffic anymore.... =p
The only good thing was.. I got to drive a VW Golf as courtesy car..
It felt pretty good.. actually the Golf felt even smoother than my beetle..
hmm.. pretty good car. =)
Missed 1/3 of the MS.NET seminar... most importantly I missed the pizza session... ><

Badminton was pretty good...
played so much mixed... was trying out net shots today...
tried a backhand crosscourt and it ALMOST went over!!!
hee.. next time.. next time it shall go over.. =D
And then during the game against KT and Connie I kept trying to spin the birdie..
and I tried a forehand crossnet too but that went waaay out.. ><
Net shots... hmmm they're actually fun.. if u have the skill.. which I don't.. yet... =p heh
Anyways... I thought the toughest mixed game was against KSo and Bearz...
cuz KSo kept doing this fake net shot in the front and I can't get to it.. ><
and KT's too nice he never smashes at me... hehe
Doubles games were okay... not very intense but still fun...
Shoot... overworked my shoulder again but I only played 4 mixed and 2 doubles? -_-;;

1) Put warm towel around nose
-> yes it does work when you're putting the towel on ur nose...
but I'm not gonna walk around campus with a towel on my nose......-_-;;
2) Dissolve wasabi in hot water and drink
-> hmm? hahaha dun have the guts to try... u try and tell me!
so if u have a solution that's tried and works... tell me!!!! please!!

today was another sunny yet chilly day....
I thought it'd be close to 0 degrees but it turned out to be around 5....
Shoot.... am I just extra sensitive to coldness cuz I'm sick or wat?

I skipped 220 this morning... so I have more jing sun for math midterm....
but then now I sorta regret... cuz 220 is one of those courses that I don't get..
and my math midterm in the afternoon was cancelled... -_-;; haha
in a way that's good... look at it as a way to push me to study for my final in advance... =)
I must be SUPER lucky this week...
-216 lab is SUPER easy
-Geog lab exam isn't until next wednesday
-216 project isn't due until next monday
-math midterm is cancelled...
-and most importantly I got an extra day of PEI.. hehee
So I went from having to cram in 4 things on friday.. down to.. one!! =)

next week I'll only have 220 assignment (damn it) and geog lab exams left... =D
That means... class starts at 2 on mon, wed, fri... Puhahaha.....
and school ends on 28th... =)
9 days to study for 216 and math (prob 3+5)
then 4 days to study for 220 and geog (prob 3 + 2)
so total of 13 days of studying... =) should be sufficient...
then on the 17th it will be heaven once again. =D

Jason's pushes to the corners are so good... but neither of us could serve properly.. -_-;;

and then played a game of doubles with James against Stevie and this other guy...
hah it was okay..... had some good rallies but we were bei yun gum juu lei da...
And then mixed with cj against Mark and bonnie... that was fun...
me trying to do more netshots instead of pushes...and trying to read Mark's shots..
but killed my wrist when I was doing a backhand kill.. ><
And then finally played a game of doubles with cj against K.So and James...
it.. was okay... it felt different............ perhaps it's just me...
I've been playing too mcuh mixed that now when I play doubles against the guys, I just have this feelin that they're "yeung"ing me. I'm feelin incompetent, and sometimes I just automatically play mixed style... aiy.. just so weird.

so conclusion.. probably not worthy to bust my arm for a plastic birdie tourney.

PG practice after... same old things... they did attack/defense drill for an hour..
I don't know how to make Karen move........ should make her do more footworks when there's a chance.
And I also don't know how to coach Selena... she is apologetic and unconfident about everything sometimes I dun even kno wat to say to her...
Oh wellz!! There're always some really positive ones like Priscilla and Willie. hehee good stuff. =)
After practice... went to dindin @ Sun yung kee hotpot w/ cj, kyole and bearz...
It was really good.. heheee had so much fun talkin abt BALLS and BEARZ.. hehee

Played quite poorly the first two games but got a bit better towards the end of the third game and game against Bryan and Lindy...

Mixed game was okay I thought.. hehee played better in the one against Eric than I did against Alex....
everytime I lift a bad shot for Eric to smash I'd go "AIYA STUPID!"
then I played like half a game of singles against Joseph... heh.. finished when they turned off the lights at 7-6...
sucks cuz my bo faat for going to the back right corner is really bad... I always use the lazy step. -_-;;
kinda disappointed at how I'm playing.. -_-;; haha but it's alright...... always lots of room for improvement

CSA ppl so inchy.. I was asking them "can we move over to the other court cuz that court has fung (wind)"
and then he said in a very inching way "cuz that court has fung....." ........ pshhhh.........
So overall rating for CSA dropped from a 9 -> 5... =p haha wouldn't have passed if it weren't for their huge number of sponsors.

Ookies... so.. starting from the beginning........
first of all..... I started to panick a little when I couldn't get to my backhand corner...
and then second.. I think I underestimated Mickey's abilities and got too eager to finish the rally that I lost sight of the whole match...
third of all... they were attacking wat I'm most weak at... backcourt shots.... all I can do are drops and clears but Mickey was standing right in front of the net and Malisa in the back so neither worked very well...
fourth... Malisa and Mickey were working really well together... Jenn and I were sorta out of sync... >< and probably both still sore from Saturday's matches.
fifth.... duno how to react to net shots... cuz me net shots no good....... lift, Malisa smashes... net shot, Mickey kills.. ah.. hmmm......
sixth... Malisa's strong... Jenn smashes, she drives to the other side and force us to lift.......
seventh... I think I got a bit intimidated by Malisa when she started yelling "come on!! POINTS! YES!!"... cuz er.. none of the other opponents I played against yelled b4. haha
Hmmm.. okie... that's abt all I can think of for now.. =) Gotta play them again someday. heh...
